Nonprofit Founders’ Collective
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 15, 2025
Subscription Terms:
The Nonprofit Founders' Collective is a subscription-based membership community. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled by the member prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access to member-exclusive resources, community forums, and events upon subscription, all membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
We encourage members to evaluate our offerings before subscribing by reviewing available information or contacting our support team with any questions.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges due to system errors.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the membership platform for an extended period (7+ days), and which are not resolved after notification.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with a corresponding postmark within 7 days of the charge date and include relevant details.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a billing dispute, members agree to contact us directly at +1 (646) 278-6739 to resolve the issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of membership access.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly subscribers retain access through the end of the billing cycle.
- Annual subscribers retain access through the end of the paid annual term.
No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through The Nonprofit Founders' Collective, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, webinars, course materials, community posts, and software (collectively, the “Content”), are the property of The Nonprofit Founders' Collective or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for their personal, non-commercial use in connection with their membership. This license does not permit the copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or public display of any Content without prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in the termination of membership and potential legal action.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
