Nonprofit Founders' Collective Members are visionary founders and executive directors dedicated to building high-impact, mission-driven organizations that create lasting social change. Our members span diverse sectors, including health, education, environmental sustainability, social justice, and community development, all united by a commitment to collaboration and systemic impact.
We only accept mission-driven, action-oriented founders—those who bring passion, generosity, and a willingness to contribute as much as they gain. This is a peer-led community where members actively share insights, connections, and resources to strengthen each other’s work and expand collective impact.
Ideal members have sustainable funding to execute their initiatives over the next 12 months or a clear strategy to secure it. Traction may include programmatic success, community engagement, funding milestones (e.g., grants, philanthropic partnerships), policy influence, strategic collaborations, or measurable impact outcomes.
Members understand that access, visibility, and relationships are key accelerators for scaling their mission. Many are pioneering innovative models for social change, leveraging technology, policy, and cross-sector partnerships to drive meaningful progress. Some have already secured significant funding and partnerships, while others see joining this network as a strategic opportunity to strengthen their organization at a critical growth stage.

Joining the Nonprofit Founders’ Collective is a four-step process:
- Apply: Submit a 5-minute application. We carefully review applications weekly to assess mission alignment, traction, and the leadership behind the company — we look closely at the founder, the team, and the mindset driving the mission.
- Community Interview: If selected, you’ll be invited to a Zoom interview with our Admissions team. This conversation is not just about your nonprofit — we’re equally focused on you, the founder. We believe that mindset matters, and we want to understand your vision, values, and the kind of leader you are. Our community is about people, and the strength of our network comes from the caliber and character of the individuals within it. During the interview, we’ll also discuss how the community can support your growth and help you achieve your goals.
- Invitation to Join: If accepted, you’ll receive an official membership invitation within 24 hours of your interview.
- Sign Up & Begin Membership: Once confirmed, you’ll onboard into the Nonprofit Founders’ Collective, gaining access to a powerful network of founders, visionaries, and strategic partners.
